I called Driven today because my car was leaking oil, was told to bring it in right away just to have it looked at, to be on the safe side. Turns out it was a problem that needed fixing right away, unfortunately this was Friday, nearing closing time and there I stood with a car I couldn't drive and children that needed to be pick up. Jamanda didn't miss a step and had a rental car there for me in 15 mins, Children picked up on time, crises averted. They fixed my car, made payment arrangements and dropped the keys to my car off ( ALL after hours ). I can not thank them enough for the wonderful service today. Today was our first time there and certainly won't be our last.
